GUANGMODEL is a consulting company based in Toronto, Canada, specializing in building and deploying predictive models and conducting related analyses using Python and Neural Networks. We provide modeling services to various clients, including corporate analytical teams, research institutes, university research projects, government initiatives, and individual analysts.

Build genome models of any organism to identify specific gene variants (such as loci, allele, or SNP) that have the most impact on particular trait, disease, medical response, behavior, etc. and quantify their influence to these targets. Besides genome data, bioinformatic and geographic data can be incorporated into modeling as potential predictors, especially when gene are not considered decisive factor to the target.
Build business models such as to identify customers who are most likely to accept an offer or promotion; detect fraudulent applications or claims; and predict customers who are most likely to leave a current business relationship(attrition).
Resource allocation models to optimize resource distribution and maximize project profitability. To fulfill this task, Reinforcement modeling concept usually will be used.
Build simulation models using partially or fully simulated data tailored to specific objectives. These models allow clients to evaluate potential outcomes during different stages of a project and incorporate various simulated factors into the analysis.
Evaluate existing models as a third-party reviewer and provide insights or new findings based on the current data.
Develop sequence-to-sequence (seq2seq) models which transform one sequence into another, such as Transformer model. GUANGMODEL has developed a small-scale version of Transformer from scratch by using very few modules.
Assist clients in creating modeling-related charts, such as Confusion Matrix, ROC Curve, Lift Chart, KS Statistic, and more.
Offer modeling training, including limited-time training for ongoing projects. Clients should have some knowledge in linear algebra, probability, calculus (to understand the backpropagation process), and basic Python skill.
We could offer simple and short time modeling consulting services for free, subject to resource availability.

HOW DO WE WORK TOGETHER?
1. Prospect client click ‘CONTACT’ on the top, present their request, and submit.
2. We evaluate your request and provide feedback via email, which may requires a few back-and-forth communication.
3. After gathering the basic requirements , we estimate the expenses.
4. If needed, our staff will occasionally visit the client’s location to discuss project details.
5. Once both sides agree on the deal, we start the project. Agreements can be flexible and vary in format based on the project's scale and nature.
6. Once the project is finished, results are delivered, and the client’s requirements are met, the client makes the payment. Payment method should be flexible.
7. After payment, limited post-service support will be offered.
INFORMATION SECURITY
We are committed to securing our clients' confidential information. During data transfer processes, we encourage clients to take appropriate measures to protect their data, such as encrypting it, anonymizing variable names, using simulated data, providing only a sample of the data, combining real data with client-created data, using entirely simulated data (if only training models are required), or requesting specific security measures tailored to their needs.
SERVICE TIME PERIOD AND PAYMENT
Since our services focus on the analytical aspects of modeling, we expect the necessary data to be prepared in advance. The duration of a project typically ranges from one to several weeks. Project fees generally range from $1,000 to $50,000 CAD, providing an estimate of the scale of the projects we undertake. If additional time is required, the project will be divided into two or more phases, with each phase requiring separate payment.
RESULTS DELIVERY
Our project deliverables including analysis, model-building code, model deployment code, charts, figures, and analytical statements will objectively reflect the data provided by the client. We offer support for the client's business decisions, but all final decisions are the sole responsibility of the client. We will include as much analytical detail as requested by the client in the final delivery. No tools or methods will be withheld.
